We serve brunch from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., every Sunday!
You can start Sunday brunch at Blue Flour with locally roasted coffee from our coffee bar, then move on to tasty, sweet treats such as stuffed french toast with cream cheese and blackberries; bananas and toasted almonds; or brown sugar apples with cream cheese. Try our house-made English muffins served with our honey butter and local jam, or tuck into our daily selection of freshly baked cookies, brownies, bars and custom sugar cookies — all of these are available at Sunday brunch, too.
We’ve also been expanding our brunch offerings to include 2 seasonal potato frittatas each week. We layer potatoes, cheeses and seasonal fresh herbs and ingredients in each frittata and have had such hits as these:
- Bacon, basil and tomato frittata (mmmm, bacony)
- Baby kale, portabello mushroom, onion, & fresh thyme frittata (vegetarian)
- Asparagus, mushroom and parmesan cheese frittata (vegetarian)
For September, we are pulling out all the stops and will feature one of our favorites: sweet potato, chicken sausage, and cranberries. Yum!
We will also feature two new waffles every Sunday.
Think thick and fluffy buttermilk waffles, toasted so that they are yummy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Toppings can include strawberries and whipped cream, blueberry crumble, praline pecan and chocolate chip waffles. If you’d prefer, we always have our simple — but delicious — buttermilk waffle.
We’ve just rolled out fancypants housemade English muffin sammies for your brunching pleasure. We are in love with these incredible sandwiches, made from our local nut butters and jams.
A recent combination was Pecan Peanut Butter from Big Spoon Roasters out of Durham, N.C., paired with Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry Basil Jam from Cameron, S.C. It’s a little bit of heaven.
We bake our English muffins fresh every Sunday morning, then toast them until crispy. It is the most delicious toasted PB&J ever. EVER!
